Smilegate RPG Opens Closed Beta Sign-Ups for “Lost Ark Mobile” 2025-10-17

■ Sign-ups open until November 6; available on Google Play, App Store, and PC client.

■ Test runs from November 13 to 16, featuring the original class “Sword Master”

■ Event themed around the mascot “Hererik” to offer various prizes

Smilegate RPG (CEO Won Gil Chi) announced on Friday, October 17, that it has opened sign-ups for the Closed Beta Test (CBT) of its blockbuster new MMORPG, “Lost Ark Mobile.”

Applications will be accepted for 21 days, from October 17 to November 6, through the official Lost Ark Mobile website. Selected participants will be announced on November 11 via the same website following a lottery draw. The test will take place over four days, from November 13 to 16, and will be available on Google Play, the Apple App Store, and the PC client.

This test will feature a brand-new storyline exclusive to Lost Ark Mobile, recreated with high-quality Unreal Engine 5 graphics. It will include top-tier party-based content such as “Guardian Hunts” and “Legion Commander Raids”, as well as new solo content like “Chaos Break”, “Legion Dungeons”, and “Solo Raids.”

To celebrate the sign-ups, Smilegate RPG will host the “Play with Hererik” event, themed around the game’s mascot, offering a wide range of prizes. The event will run from October 17 to November 6, and all CBT applicants are eligible to participate. Adventurers can complete various missions on the official website to earn “Hererik Spores,” which can then be exchanged weekly for prizes of their choice. Rewards include Naver Pay points, Starbucks gift cards, mouse pads, Hererik MagSafe power banks, and Hererik mugs, among others.

A social media sharing event will also be held. Participants can subscribe to the official Lost Ark Mobile YouTube and KakaoTalk channels, share the CBT sign-ups page on their social media, and enter a raffle for prizes such as Shinsegae gift certificates, Naver Pay points, and Baemin delivery gift cards.
