On Monday the 11th, Smilegate announced the release of a new promotional video (PV) for its upcoming collectible RPG "MIRESI: Invisible Future," (hereafter MIRESI) currently in development by Control 9 (Co-CEOs Soon-gu Cho and Se-woong Kwon), along with the launch of a new "Chronicle" page on the game's official website designed to support ongoing communication with players.

The newly released PV, now available on the official YouTube channel, opens with a tense scene set at the moment of the world's destruction. Amidst a fierce battle involving key characters such as Ende, Itsuka, and Tieria, Ende turns to look back at the player, the "Councilor," creating a dramatic and urgent opening. The video then transitions to scenes of a peaceful world, repeatedly cross-cutting with the moment of destruction to emphasize MIRESI's central narrative theme of changing fate by traveling back in time.

Alongside the PV, Smilegate also introduced the new "Chronicle" page. This page serves as a hub where players can explore the game's development process and track how player feedback has been incorporated over time. Visitors can review the project's participation history at major events such as Tokyo Game Show (TGS) and Anime X Game Festival (AGF), along with future plans and broader milestones across the project's development timeline.

Through the Chronicle page, Smilegate plans to strengthen communication with players by gradually sharing a wide range of information, including ▲event participation history ▲survey results covering graphics, combat, and characters ▲development interim reports, and more.

MIRESI is being developed by Control 9, a studio founded by core developers behind titles such as "Goddess of Victory: NIKKE" and "Seven Knights 2." The game is planned for release in 2026 across various platforms including online PC and mobile. Notably, acclaimed illustrator Hyung-seop "Hyulla" Kim, who previously contributed to numerous subculture games including "Goddess of Victory: NIKKE," is serving as Art Director, drawing further anticipation.
