Epic Seven Kicks Off Knockout Stage for Global Esports Festival "… 2026-10-23

On Friday the 23rd, Smilegate announced that its mobile turn-based strategic RPG "Epic Seven," developed by Super Creative, will kick off the Knockout Stage, the second round of the global esports festival "Epic Seven World Championship 2026" (E7WC 2026), starting Saturday, October 24. 

E7WC is a tournament that determines the ultimate global champion of Epic Seven's real-time PvP mode, World Arena. The Knockout Stage will feature 16 players: the 14 survivors from the two-week Group Stage, along with Hazamarei and MagicQi, who secured their Knockout Stage seeds by placing first and second in the newly established online league, "Epic Seven Masters 2026." 

The Group Stage, held over four days on Oct 10 (Sat), 11 (Sun), 17 (Sat), and 18 (Sun), delivered incredible matches and top-tier entertainment for Epic Seven fans. In particular, defending champion XiaoXuenai faced elimination after a loss to FN in the Upper Bracket but rallied to win the final match, proving the resilience of a true champion by advancing to the Knockout Stage. In addition, OMEGA from Group E made headlines with an incredible comeback victory, perfectly utilizing "Salome"—a Hero capable of cloning target Heroes—from a heavily disadvantaged position.  

Smilegate will run a Drops event for viewers tuning in via global Twitch.
