On Friday the 20th, Smilegate announced that its mobile turn-based strategic RPG “Epic Seven,” developed by Super Creative, has released a new Moonlight Hero, “Notos.”

Notos is the God of Machines who appears as the final boss in “Monolith Showdown,” the new story of the ongoing “Orbis Gladiatorium,” and serves as the overseer of the tournament held at the Pyramid. For countless ages, he carried out the will of his creator, Star Devourer Pames. Yet the more he witnessed the valiant Heroes who gathered for honorable combat, the more self-awareness began to awaken within him. Ultimately, he resolved to reject his fate as a mere puppet.

A 5★ Light elemental Knight, Notos boasts exceptionally high Health and Defense. His gameplay revolves around a unique dual-state system, allowing players to operate him in either his original Notos state or his “God of Battle” state. In his Notos state, he is unaffected by Combat Readiness increase and decrease effects, and his basic attacks have a high chance to decrease the enemy’s Defense. When he uses his Skill 3, “God’s Might,” while in the Notos state, he is granted the unique effect “God of Battle.” While in the God of Battle state, all of his stats are doubled, and his Skills 1 and 2 are transformed into significantly more lethal attack skills. Also, while God of Battle is maintained, a special effect called the “Sanctuary of Battle” is activated, making all Heroes immune to buffs and debuffs.
